How we collect, use and protect information — from law-firm visitors to this site and from consumers who respond to our advertising.

Scope

This policy covers caseleadagency.com and our consumer-facing advertising pages. Our services agreement with each firm governs how delivered case files are handled.

What we collect

From firm visitors: contact details and firm information you submit, plus standard analytics. From consumers who opt in on our advertising pages: the details they provide about themselves and their accident, the consent they give, call recordings, and technical data captured with the consent certificate (timestamp, IP address, page snapshot).

How we use it

To respond to firm inquiries; to qualify consumer respondents against a firm's intake criteria; to facilitate e-signature of the firm's retainer; to deliver the signed retainer and supporting records to that one firm; to report performance to the firm; and to maintain compliance records.

Sharing

Consumer information is shared only with the single law firm the consumer chooses to retain, and with service providers that process data on our behalf (telephony, e-signature, consent certification, hosting). We do not sell personal information and do not share consumer information with multiple firms.

SMS and calling consent

Consumers and firm contacts receive calls or texts only after opting in. Consent language is shown at the point of collection and recorded. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and logged.

Retention

Records supporting a delivered case are kept for the term of the firm agreement plus five years. Inquiry data from firms is kept while relevant to the relationship. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to our record-keeping obligations, by contacting privacy@caseleadagency.com. State-specific rights (e.g., California, Texas) are honored as applicable.

Security

Recordings and case files are stored encrypted and delivered over the partner portal or encrypted transfer. Access is limited to staff assigned to the relevant market under confidentiality agreements.
