Three firms, three markets, in their own numbers.

Houston · Harris Co.
TEXAS · AUTOSINCE [MONTH YEAR]

Eight-attorney PI firm, Houston

Came to us after rejecting most of a lead vendor's output. Started with a ten-case trial batch under strict criteria: treatment within 14 days, insured at-fault party, no prior counsel. After one profile adjustment in week two, acceptance settled above 90% and the firm moved to a standing order of 30 signed cases a month.

"The recording is the difference. My intake director listens to the call before she ever picks up the phone."

Las Vegas · Clark Co.
NEVADA · RIDESHARE + AUTOSINCE [MONTH YEAR]

Boutique rideshare practice, Las Vegas

Needed rideshare cases specifically and had been paying for shared auto leads to find them. We built a rideshare-only profile with trip-status capture and the 72-hour hold Nevada requires. The weekly report replaced a spreadsheet the office manager had been keeping by hand.

"We know exactly which cases we paid for and why each one qualified. That was never true before."

WASHINGTON · AUTOSINCE [MONTH YEAR]

Regional firm, Seattle

Ran a trial batch alongside their existing TV spend to compare cost per signed client. Two cases were flagged in the first month and replaced within the week without a dispute. They have since added motorcycle to the order and hold the Washington auto market.

What "acceptance rate" means

The number we're graded on.

Acceptance rate is the share of delivered cases your intake team accepts without flagging within 14 days. It is calculated from your decisions in the portal, not ours.

Every engagement sets an acceptance floor. If a week closes under it, we replace the shortfall in the following week at no charge. Industry reporting has described firms rejecting most of what they paid for; we would rather be measured on the opposite.
